Religion is taken very seriously by all the priest hoods. Unfortunately
they don't always agree. This section of Guyendor deals with all the religions
of the world, their beliefs, strengths & weaknesses and they interact
to make the world go round. Being a traditionalist my priests don't follow
the speciality and mystic that have introduced. But I have tried to make
sure that priests of differing Gods have individual strengths and weaknesses.
Religions
| Elven |
Very similar to the Elven Pantheons of other worlds, modified
to accommodate the alterations to the race. |
| Dwarven |
Not being native to Guyendor, Dwarves brought their own religion with
them. But you'll find that much of the Gods are similar to the standard
AD&D campaigns. |
| Halfling |
Halfings love life and their small pantheon reflect this belief. These
priests are rare but can be interesting to play. |
| Orc |
Another Pantheon not native to Guyendor. The Orcs came from the same
world as the dwarves and have established their own religion here. |
| Human - Imperial |
The religion of the Empire now dominates the known world. This is of
my own devising and should slot nicely with the more established pantheons. |
Human -
The Peninsula |
There are some cults to the south. These include head hunters, cannibals
and blood magic. - Or so I am told! |
| Human - Cherak |
The Cherak Barbarians have their own set of Gods. These seem both weak
and frightening at the same time. Is it true that these gods will usurp
the rest? |
| Other |
As with many epochs in any world, where there is a civilization there
is a religion. The Goblins, Orcs and Kuo-Toa all have their own. As these
are used I will place them in this section. |

| Druids |
When religions were first being developed, many Gods represented the
world around us. The modern day priests of these ancient beings hav formed
their own cult that transends race and creed. This cault is known as The
Druids. |
