Index, Warrior, Mage,
Rogue, Priest
Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Half-Elves, Half-Orcs
Character generation is still done according to the rules in
the PHB (I usually use the best three of four dice method, choosing
which stat. each roll can be put into). I have, however, retained
some of the character classes from the first edition, Monks, Assassins
etc., although modified somewhat.
Races are as standard, but again some have been modified to fit with
my particular world. Below are the links to the individual pages, feel
free to browse, use or abuse these rules and suggestions.
Character Classes
| Warrior |
Fighters, knights and other such physical type people. Some
changes made, especially to the knight hood. |
| Mage |
Caster of spells, and maker of magical items - this character class
is probably the most altered in this world. |
| Rogue |
Watch your pockets - assassins and acrobats are still available, although
they have been modified. |
| Priest |
Basically the religious zealots are still the same, although some alterations
have been made to make for better role play and easier gaming and different
styles of priest. |
Character Races
| Humans |
Yeah, where would we be without this most versatile of races? |
| Elves |
In my experience the most popular race, but in this world there are
four sub-races to choose from. |
| Dwarves & Gnomes |
That's right Gnomes are really just short Dwarves - aren't they? |
| Halflings |
You remember Kender, well Halflings in Guyendor have a similar reputation. |
| Half-Elves |
Distrusted, unwanted - but still as popular as ever for PC's. |
| Half-Orcs |
They have returned, but are they what you expect? |
